Diaphragm Pumps
Positive displacement pumps for thick liquids like creams, gels and oils.
These pumps use two reciprocating diaphragms to create a chamber to draw liquid in and push it out through the pump. The self-priming action of Diaphragm Pumps can also be used to suck liquids up out of barrels.
Designed for handling thick viscous liquids, Diaphragm Pumps can be combined with flap valves to allow solids through. These pumps provide good chemical resistance making them suitable for corrosive liquids, chemicals and solvents. They can be slowed to a gentle pump action for shear sensitive products and can run dry for long periods of time.
Available in a selection of materials depending upon application, including hygienic options for food products.
